Celebrating the newly reimagined Pan Pacific Perth
The Brief
Following a multimillion-dollar refurbishment, Pan Pacific Perth engaged DG Global to deliver a high-impact relaunch event that would position the hotel as Western Australia’s premier luxury destination. The event needed to honour the hotel’s connection to the city of Perth and the Swan River, celebrating both the property’s transformation and its place within the local landscape. DG Global was tasked with leading the creative direction and end-to-end event delivery, ensuring the experience was rich with local storytelling, premium hospitality, and immersive guest engagement.
The relaunch was also to embody the Pan Pacific Group’s values of integrity, respect, creativity and accountability, brought to life with sincerity and elegance. The event needed to not only showcase the new spaces and guest experiences but also reinforce Pan Pacific Perth’s role as a leader in the premium market. This was to be achieved through thoughtful storytelling, strategic stakeholder engagement, and an event experience that reflected the Group’s ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and meaningful connection. Ultimately, the night had to serve as both a celebration of renewal and a confident statement of the brand’s ambition and presence in Western Australia.
