1. Introduction
This Guest Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the individual named on registration (“Guest”) and Smiths Collective Pty Ltd (“Smiths Collective”) for participation in the 2026 retreat at Grün Resort Uluwatu, Bali (“Retreat”).
By registering and submitting payment for the Retreat, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Registration Dates & Fees
- Early Bird: Until 28 September 2026
- Standard Rates: From 29 September 2026
- Final Registration Close: 20 May 2026
3. Package Inclusions
All packages include:
- 3 nights’ accommodation at Grün Resort Uluwatu
- Daily meals plus non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverage offerings
- Group wellness sessions (e.g., yoga, meditation)
- Scheduled retreat programming and activities
Note: All other activities, spa treatments, and room service are at the delegate’s own expense.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Upfront Payment
- A 10% discount applies for full payment received within 7 days of booking.
4.2 Instalment Plan (+ $250 admin fee)
- Deposit: 25% due at booking (non-refundable)
- Instalment 2: 25% due 90 days before retreat
- Instalment 3: 25% due 60 days before retreat
- Final Balance: 25% due 30 days before retreat
Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
4.3 Payment Methods
- Mastercard, Visa, and American Express (2.7% surcharge) via the online registration site
- Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
- Instalment plans via Klarna (admin fee applies)
All amounts are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
5. Room Assignments & Discounts
- Retreat Village Studios: Hollywood twin beds. $200 pp discount if sharing with a nominated friend. Discount applies on top of any upfront payment discount.
- Other Room Types (e.g., Treehouse Studios, Ocean View Villas, Treehouse Suites): Double bed only; suitable for solo occupancy or couples. No twin bedding available.
- Two-Bedroom Villas: “Match me with a roommate” option or booking with a nominated guest qualifies for $600 shared discount (split between guests), in addition to any upfront payment discount.
- Private occupancy of one-bedroom villas is permitted at no extra charge.
- Room requests are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- >30 days before retreat: Refund of all payments made, less deposit.
- ≤30 days before retreat: No refund unless a replacement delegate is found.
- All cancellations and/or amendments of attendance must be made in writing to info@powerupbali.com.au
- Guests may transfer their booking to another participant by notifying Smiths Collective in writing to info@powerupbali.com.au
- A substitute delegate may attend in your place by prior arrangement, subject to a $100.00 per delegate processing fee.
- Note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are responsible for full payment of all costs applicable to your attendance.
7. Travel Requirements
- Guests must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of entry into Indonesia.
- Guests are responsible for arranging any necessary visas and meeting entry requirements.
8. Insurance
- Registration fees do not include insurance. Guests are strongly encouraged to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, covering:
- Loss of fees/deposit due to cancellation of participation or cancellation of the Retreat
- Loss of airfares or accommodation due to cancellation for any reason
- Medical expenses, sickness, or accident cover
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Additional expenses and repatriation costs if travel arrangements change
- Smiths Collective accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage, injury, or travel disruption.
9. Health & Safety
- Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to the retreat.
- Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the Guest’s own risk.
- Smiths Collective and its partners are not liable for injury, illness, or death sustained during the retreat.
10. Privacy
- Managed by DG Global in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) 2017.
- Information is collected to facilitate your participation, including accommodation arrangements, delegate lists, and communication about future events.
- Data may be shared with DG Global, the event host, delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, and future event organisers, subject to your consent.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting DG Global in writing.
11. Media Release
- Photography and videography will take place during the retreat for promotional purposes.
- Guests who do not wish to appear must notify Smiths Collective in writing prior to the retreat and inform the photographer onsite.
12. Social Functions
- Social events may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met.
- No refunds for cancellations of social-function tickets after 26 September 2025.
13. Force Majeure
- Smiths Collective, DG Global, and venue partners are not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, credible threats thereof, or governmental advisories
- War, terrorism, or civil disturbance
- Strikes or transport disruptions
- If a venue closes prior to the event, alternative arrangements will be offered; any cost differences for alternative accommodation are the Guest’s responsibility.
14. Code of Conduct
- Guests must behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and the venue.
- Any behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

By completing online registration, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
