The Brief

DG Global was chosen as the full-service agency to conceptualise and produce Mars Wrigley Asia’s prestigious Bangkok All Associates event and ensure a seamless reflection of the company’s strategic objectives and core values – quality, responsibility, mutuality, efficiency, and freedom. The event was to be designed to foster connection, inspire leadership, and drive forward-thinking collaboration across the region, aligning with Mars Wrigley’s focus on purpose-driven growth and people-first culture. Through dynamic content, immersive experiences, and inclusive programming, the conference needed to celebrate the diverse Mars Wrigley community while reinforcing a shared vision for sustainable success. Every element from creative execution to technical delivery needed to be underpinned by a commitment to excellence and integrity, supporting the broader goal of empowering associates to lead with impact, innovate with courage, and build a better world through everyday moments of happiness.

The Outcome

DG Global delivered a comprehensive event managing travel, accommodation, budget, venue, program development, content creation, marketing, signage, catering, AV setup, breakout sessions, and team-building activities. Memories were made; delegates immersed themselves in Bangkok’s unique vibrancy via tuk-tuk tours, river cruises, and a gala dinner at Millenium Hilton along the Chao Phraya River. The Mars Wrigley Asia’s Bangkok All Associates event prioritised enhancing bonds among Asia Pacific associates, emphasising customer experience to cultivate engagement, inspiration, and community cohesion in the post pandemic era.
